Coaching practice and training centre, aéa solutions! is based in the South of France and is co-directed by Anne Richardson and Alexandra De La Cruz.
« Experienced trainers in the corporate world, we are also certified coaches who use traditional coaching practices combined with powerful tools based on NLP (neuro-linguistic programming). In addition to this, we are qualified practitioners in 360 degree feedback and in the MBTI, and so are able to meet all corporate and personal requirements. We are bilingual and have great cross cultural experience which we share when working in multinationals, both locally and abroad »
